The owner of this web page is Netgen d.o.o., Savska cesta 182, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia (hereafter: Netgen), a web agency which designs and develops web solutions and builds tools for web professionals. Netgen is the Organisator of the Web Summer Camp (hereafter: Event).
WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect necessary personal information so we can complete the process, which you give us such as your name, address and email address.
Hereby we inform you that we are legally bound to keep the necessary personal information which are incorporated in the issued invoice according to legislative requirements.
This Privacy Policy also applies whenever you access our Summer camp website.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. This information is purged after 30 days.
Where allowed under applicable law and we rely on our legitimate business interest to process Personal Data about you. For example, we assemble an email list of Participants for the upcoming Event and during the Event, so we can give the Participants relevant information about the upcoming/current Event. Also:
- To respond to enquiries, send service notices and provide customer support
- To analyse, modify and improve Summer Camp services, systems, and tools, and develop new products and services, including service reliability
- To manage, operate and improve the performance of Summer Camp sites and services by understanding their effectiveness and optimising our digital assets
You can let us know if you don’t want to receive the information about the upcoming/current Event by unsubscribing before and during the Event. The email list of the Participants for the upcoming/current Event is deleted 6 months after the Event has finished.

- To notify you about changes or updates about new Summer Camp products, solutions, and services with our newsletter
- To advertise new Summer Camp services
You can opt-out of email notifications at any time by clicking on the link that is placed in the footer of every newsletter.
Our website is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, please do not provide any information on this website.
HOW DO WE GET YOUR CONSENT?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
