With a close-knit team of 30+ employees, Ars Futura is a Zagreb-based design and development agency focusing on culture, people development, and understanding what employees really need.

In her talk, Sanja will go over modern hiring practices, leadership development, the challenges of remote work, and the ever-changing expectations of tech professionals. She’ll touch upon how HR can adapt to industry trends (for example, AI’s impact on recruitment), give advice on how to best support employee well-being, and talk about building strong hybrid teams.

Sanja studied psychology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb, where she developed an interest in organizational psychology. She started her career in FMCG companies, building expertise in HR processes. As the first HR Manager at a creative agency, she established HR systems, later bringing her pioneering approach to Ars Futura.
