But it doesn't have to be a feeling or tenure-based decision - you can spot clear signs of leadership potential, base your decisions on evidence and test it through real-life situations on projects. In this hands-on session, you’ll learn a simple, repeatable way to identify true leadership potential: a 5-point Leadership Radar and a method that captures behavior in real-life situations. We’ll work in small groups to understand signs of leadership potential and evaluate your candidates, turn recent events into evidence (situation-behavior-outcome), and draft a stretch assignment to validate a candidate before the title.
