Lead the Humans. The Robots Are Fine.
Description
The rest of this week is about designing with AI, building with AI, and shipping faster with AI. Come spend the first morning thinking about the humans who'll be doing it.
Most of us moved into leadership because we were good at solving problems and finding the answers. AI is encroaching on how we work — not the work, necessarily, but the certainty. The quiet confidence that we knew what good looked like, how to lead our people and teams, what to push back on. The leaders I'm coaching are saying the same thing: they feel exposed in a way they haven't felt before.
This workshop is for that moment.
You'll look honestly at how you're leading right now, the pattern your team goes to under pressure, and what would shift it. Then, using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, you'll build what's actually happening on your team under AI pressure and connect it with others in the room to see what's true across all of you.
The facilitation draws on how I coach leadership teams through change. You won't be taught the methods. You'll be inside them.
You'll leave with a clearer read on your team, a clearer read on yourself as a leader, and one question worth sitting with.
For anyone leading a team through the AI shift: design, UX, product, engineering. Yes, there will be Lego. No, you don't need to be good at it.
